Very quick to answering also asked me questions about my hair.
- They gave me two samples of their shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo lathered very well into my hair. The conditioner was very good also. Only thing I didn't really like was the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. But then I was worried when I got out the shower cause my hair had this feeling like residue was still there. So I re rinsed my hair but it still had the same feeling. So I was like ohh well and dried it. It gave it a little bit of softness to it. I rated it 4 stars
